2022 Ford Mustang Mach 1

Compared to lesser trim models (namely, the EcoBoost and GT trims), the Mustang Mach 1 features a race-track-ready performance and sleeker styling, inside and out. Some of its exterior flourishes may look familiar to you, because they’re borrowed from the infamous Shelby GT500.

Unlike the GT, the Mustang Mach 1 is specially designed for track use. Its 5.0-liter V8 engine offers a power bump, too, with 470 horsepower (the GT makes 450 horses). And the Mustang Mach 1 is also increasingly agile, with a unique sport-tuned suspension and larger Brembo brakes. Like other Mustangs, the Mach 1 also includes launch control and selectable drive modes to help you make the most of any race.
